A $25 deposit is due upon scheduling your appointment and will be applied to the balance of your services. No deposit, no appointment! Mobile services deposit is $35.

If you are getting a single treatment session payment is due in full the day of treatment.

If you are getting a combo treatment session, meaning 2 treatments in the same session payment is due in full the day of treatment.

If you have a multiple treatment session package then your treatment sessions are spread out over time and depending on the package purchased determines how the payment plan is broken down and how much is due and when.

Respectfully, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. 

No notice or after 24 hours means no refund of your $25 deposit.

A 15-minute grace period will be given to all appointments. If you exceed that grace period you must reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded or applied to future treatments.

A no show to your appointment means you forfeit your $25 deposit and cannot apply it to a future appointment.

Typically there aren't any side effects or risks as treatments are non-invasive. However, some clients may experience redness on treated areas, mild soreness, mild discomfort, or bruising.

(Note: This could vary per client dependent upon their health, sensitivity and whether or not they properly followed before and after care instructions.) 

~ It's absolutely essential for you to increase your water intake prior to your appointment and after your appointment. Drink a minimum of 34oz of water before and after and continue to hydrate your body by doubling that over the next three days following treatment . Hydration helps our body to rid lipids and glycerides through urine and bowel movements aiding in optimal results. 

~ DO NOT consume alcohol the day prior or the day after your appointment. This will cause dehydration and inhibit the fat loss process any where from 12 to 36 hours do to focusing on metabolizing the alcohol instead of metabolic breakdown and elimination of disintegrated fat cells. 

~ For optimal results proper exercising and diet are key components after treatment, especially for the next 3 days post treatment. Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio after each body sculpting treatment to burn and sweat off the fat cavitation broke down. Also implement a low fat, low calorie, low carbohydrate, and low sugar diet. It's highly recommended to maintain this type of exercise and diet for a healthier you all around and to maintain your new shape. 

All Client information collected is for the sole purpose of Mindful Vibes and Body Sculpting personnel to communicate with and provide services to the client based on their inquiry for treatments and/or services provided by our business. The client's personal information is not shared with third parties. Treatments and/or services provided to the client is confidential and therefore is not shared without the client's signed consent. 

Mindful Vibes and Body Sculpting asks that all business transactions and information remain confidential between the client, the business and the employees. This includes no slandering of the business or defaming the employees in the event you become unhappy with a service.

By providing your personal contact information to Mindful Vibes and Body Sculpting, you the client gives consent to an employee contacting you in regards to your inquiry. 

Mindful Vibes and Body Sculpting is not a medical facility nor are the employees medical professionals and are not in a position to give medical advice. If you the client have medical concerns or inquiries it is advised that you speak with a medical professional prior to having treatments performed. Services provided are aesthetic enhancements done by Sculptors and Instructors who have gone through specific training courses to obtain specific certifications. All services offered are at will and Mindful Vibes and Body Sculpting has the right to decline services for the protection of the business, employees and clientele.
